For claims incurred before April 1, 2010, call the Aetna LTD Claim Office at
877-352-3862, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm Central Time or online at Aetna Claims.
For claims incurred on or after April 1, 2010, call the MetLife LTD Claim Office at
866-729-9199, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 11:00 pm Eastern Time.
