Who can participate?

Because FEDERAL FIRST works through individual partnerships with employee associations, our programs are only available to the employees of participating associations - not to all federal employees.

Other requirements

If you are a regular, active, benefited full-time employee of the U.S. Government, working at least 20 hours per week, you're eligible to purchase insurance coverage and other benefits through FEDERAL FIRST.
